Initially, the CAS contacts you to assess your workflow and staff needs, then creates a tailored training schedule that aligns with your feedback and the equipment you've purchased. During the training, the CAS guides your clinicians through the functionality of the equipment while providing hands-on practice. Training can be delivered in a classroom setting for a structured learning experience or through less formal, on the job training directly in the care area, depending on your equipment and needs. Additionally, training sessions include opportunities for questions and answers to address any concerns and ensure a thorough understanding.
