The Tec 6 Plus is an electronic vaporizer that heats desflurane to maintain constant temperature and vapor pressure for consistent output. Tec 6 Plus incorporates an LED display indicating vaporizer status: no output, low agent, warm-up, operational, and alarm battery low.

The Tec 6 Plus offers large capacity, easy refilling

• The Tec6 Plus has a 240 mL refill capacity indicator; the sump has a total capacity of 390 ml and can accommodate a bottle of desflurane.

• Refilling can be done while the vaporizer is in use.  

• The exclusive Saf-T-Fill valve of the desflurane bottle is designed to fit only the complementary filling device of the Tec 6 Plus, so you can refill quickly. This valve helps prevent accidental release of vapor into the OR and helps to ensure that only desflurane is introduced into the Tec 6 Plus.
